Cobisa has successfully developed four natural gas fired
energy centers capable of producing approximately 2,800 mega watts of
electricity. They are located near Richmond, Virginia; Dallas, Texas
and in Albuquerque, New Mexico. These facilities were built at a
construction cost of approximately one and a half billion dollars.
