William J. Lynch is a Senior Adviser to
Catterton Partners, a Greenwich, Connecticut private equity firm with
approximately $2 billion under management. He was the founder and a
Managing Director of Capstone Partners, a New York based private equity
fund. Prior to founding Capstone, he was a partner in the New York
office of the international law firm Morgan Lewis. Mr. Lynch is a
graduate of the Harvard Law School and the College of the Holy Cross.
Mr. Lynch also serves as Director and
a Stockholder of Cobisa Corporation.
