Mr. Steinhoff is Vice President - Administration of Cobisa
Corporation. He joined the firm in April 1998 with over 20 years
experience.
In 1991 he established his own CPA practice, an
independent firm handling accounting, consulting, tax and software
installations for a variety of client industries. From 1984-1991 he was
Controller (CFO) for Completion Tool Company. As Controller he was
responsible for accounting, data processing, finance, legal, human
resources and insurance. During this period the company went from a
major loss position to record profitability. Mr. Steinhoff also
co-authored a business plan that resulted in the company receiving
Venture Capital financing and the eventual acquisition of the company by
Baker-Hughes.
Prior to joining Completion Tool Company, Mr.
Steinhoff held a variety of positions in financial accounting and
Internal Audit. This experience included consolidations, internal audits
of domestic and international locations and serving as Director of
Internal Audit for a NYSE company.
Jeff Steinhoff holds a BBA in Accounting from the
University of Texas, is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of
the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas
Society of Certified Public Accountants.
